Stained glass light falls on the wall behind the statue of
George Washington, at Washington National Cathedral.
I explored some blurring techniques in Photoshop Elements 2.0 for this look.

Wonderful strong colors and composition here, Chris. I love your choice on the effects with the blurred, radiating background setting the statue off so elegantly. The sliver of light on the left side of his face (as we look at it) really helps carve his head out of the darkness. Great entry - happy Theme Day. #730859
