Sparkly Spike

Uploaded: August 26, 2007

Description

Orbicular Burrfish (porcupine fish).

Even though their eyes are huge, these fish are almost blind. They hunt at night but can barely see during the day. I love the irridescent sparkle in the eyes.

Taken while diving in Lembeh.

Manual exposure
1/125 @ F14
Focal length: 105mm
