Snake in the grass
Uploaded: August 16, 2007
This grass snake is probably reseting it's jaw after feeding. Snakes jaw bones often dislocate in order to swallow large prey. Taken at The British Wildlife Centre in the south of the UK.
1/250th @ f/6.3, ISO 200.
