Inciting Violets

Uploaded: July 10, 2007

Description

Red roses and scattered blue lobelia flowers, frozen in ice. Flash assisted, backlit. Inspired by Valentine's Day and the romance of the poem, Roses are Red, Violets are Blue (violets were unavailable at the time of capturing of this image) My apologies in advance should my image induce bliss!

Shot shutter priority, 1/30 second exposure, utilising Nikkor 18 - 70 lens @ f7.1/70mm
