Hi Gajanana,i dont really know what you refering too.First is the back light not the head light,then there is the reflected building and the texture of the perspects that cover it.No I have not tuched this photo at all exept little brightness and contrast correction.Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
