Excellent timing for this wonderful pose, Amy! Very thoughtful framing and exposure; with well blurred bg and because of the soft subject colours, the eye remains on the bird, particularly on the face - almost face to face contact between the viewer and the subject!
Perhaps a different cropping would have decentralised the position of the bird in the frame! #669277
