Strange funfair ride

Description

This sits on the edge of a permanent showground called Wonderland, again in Dubai. Never saw it working so I have no idea what it does. The octopus on the top just seemed so incongruous.

Hi Bill, Thanks again for your comments. I think I there is a change in brightness and saturation as I post the photos on to the site. I haven't quite got the hang of the compensations I need to make to get them right.
