Description

This is located in Meade County, KY on King's Farm. I did a feature story on it for a newspaper in Meade County early 2001. Their is alot of History about the entire farm.

Where I work there used to be an old, rather large, Ice house across the street from the beach, next to the train tracks, which got torn down to make room for "progress". Good for you preserving a part of history! #7831

Thank you Damian for your comment(s). I try to do my best with the equipment I have to capture photos like this. I truly missed out on a photo opt like you did. There was a barn here in Louisville that was torn down sometime last year that was approximately 200 years old. I found out it was in existance and being torn down at the samw time. I will be adding more histiry pics on here shortly. #11823
