Moonlight Serenade

Uploaded: May 11, 2007

Description

A hydrangea petal in a blue bowl of water with soft sunlight just hitting the bowl (no, not moonlight--but it looks a little like moonlight to with the dark blue). The top border was natural from the bowl. I loved the dynamic, so rather than crop it out I burned in a bottom border for symmetry. I cloned out some artifacts in water and flower and cooled color.

Exif: F Number: 2.8, Exposure Bias Value: +33/100, Exposure Time: 1/1600, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 100, White Balance: auto white balance, Focal Length: 75mm, Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D
