Description

When we decided to adopt and when we found out China was implementing new guidelines for adoptive parents . . . including a weight stipulation (which I was within but dangerously close to not being) I decided it was time to get serious about losing the extra weight I'd been carrying. So in January I joined Weight Watchers on line. I'm over half way to my goal now, with close to 30 pounds lost, and feeling so much better physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. I think the main thing that helped this time was praying for the strength to do and having the motivation to do it.

Shot this SP the other day to test the lighting for a senior portrait shoot I was doing. Course I forgot to do the shot during the senior pic shoot so you're stuck seeing me instead. Minor adjustments made (removal of some "crows feet & laugh lines" included) and added a touch of flashback filter.

I didn't even recognize you, Marcie! Great job! I'm going to have to start to lose some, too. That's my trouble, no motivation. I have cut way way back on sugar, but so far that's all. I have to get back on the treadmill. It was hurting my neck and shoulder so I quit and I sure wish I hadn't. It's hard to get remotivated. #4263417
