Paula,
Very nice portrait. I agree with Peter and Christy. I would like to suggest you consider re-cropping it. The eye goes to the brightest part of any image. The first thing I saw was the white shirt. Not her face or eyes. I used a card to crop just her upper torso and I really like the effect. But, that's me. Look at it again and see what you think. You may or may not like the close crop.

I see what you are saying about the shirt drawing the eye. When I was cropping it, I didn't think of it as being a distraction... I thought of it more as a balance, but I think you might be right.
