Paula,
Very nice portrait. I agree with Peter and Christy. I would like to suggest you consider re-cropping it. The eye goes to the brightest part of any image. The first thing I saw was the white shirt. Not her face or eyes. I used a card to crop just her upper torso and I really like the effect. But, that's me. Look at it again and see what you think. You may or may not like the close crop.

Peter, Jeff, and Christy, thank you all so much for your comments. Doug, thank you also, for your comment and suggestion. I actually have a version of the tighter crop, also. And I like it very well. I see what you are saying about the shirt drawing the eye. When I was cropping it, I didn't think of it as being a distraction... I thought of it more as a balance, but I think you might be right.
