Mighty Wind

Uploaded: April 15, 2004

Description

Nikon D100, 80-400mm at 330mm, ISO 800, 1/6, f32. I chose this exposure because slower shutter speeds made the entire flag blurred and not an attractive image. Faster shutter speeds stopped the action altogether and I don't think that was as interesting. I liked the way this exposure allowed the left side of the flag to remain in focus while the right side implied the motion of the wind.
