This is numerous layers and tweaking in CS2 the photo was taken during the day if thats any indication. I honestly could not tell how how I did it. I just play until I get the look I like.

Photo looks nice and I like the editing. There is one little thing. Personally I think it would be a bit nicer when the trees (leftside on the horizon) were dark too. I think when it is all dark the depth will be nicer. Like I said, your photo looks very good and you can be proud of your editing, this is just a little detail. Well done.
