Hello,

My name is Jim O'Neal and I'm a builder/developer in Bloomington, IL. I have an upcoming subdivison called Trails on Sunset Lake. Would it be possible for me to pay you for your professional services to this photo. I'd like to use this photo for marketing on sales brochures. This is an amazing picture and I believe it would go well with our marketing for our development.
