Gabriel's Pond

Uploaded: February 08, 2007

Description

I photographed this pond several days over a week or so in October, endlessly fascinated by the variations in color, depth, pattern and light, depending on the weather, time of day, and the leaves and needles that were falling on, and in the pond.

I used a 28 - 75 lens, 200 ISO color transparency film. This was shot late afternoon.

No worries Marti! I really love this image, and am very suprised it hasn't been noticed by others yet! We all know there are so many pics here to look at and so little time to look at them! I wish I had more time to comment on others' work.
I have really enjoyed your gallery - you have a great eye for composition. #3981409
