North Tower at Twin Lights

Uploaded: March 21, 2004

Description

On the first day of Spring, I used a Rodenstock 180mm f/5.6 Sironar lens with a Graflex Orange 1filter (series 8) and 4X5 inch Kodak Plus-X film for this study of the first American lighthouse to use fresnel lenses. The negative was developed in HC-110 Dilution H for 8 minutes, and scanned on an Epson 2450.

It's a wonderful piece of architecture and I like it in black and white very much Bob. #109308

Thanks Jean & Cathy. Even though it was a beautiful day - lighting wise - it was REAL cold & windy up on that hill! (about 200 feet above the Shrewsbury River). #439356
