Most interesting combination of simplification plus the sepia effects. I wouldn't have thought to combine them in this way, but it's perfect for the subject. And the composition is terrific. #3936667Melissa G. Meiselman February 11, 2007

Hi Larry ... this was taken at Old Sturbridge in MA ...I remember as a yougster bringing loose hay in on a wagon such as, this ... but was horse drawn .. not oxen #3970896Larry Scott February 21, 2007
My dad used to talk about helping his dad plow with a team of draft horses in Texas, where we grew up, but I never saw it, just some of the old gear laying around. We have a draft horse fair here in Nevada County, CA every year that's really neat, with pulling competitions, etc. Fun to see.Hurk (Steve) Hurkett February 21, 2007
