Hi, Paul:

Thanks 4 the feedback..! I'm actually happy with this one, and will probably print it, unlike most of my stuff.

Anyway, i'm still using Paint Shop Pro, v.7, had it about 7 years now, never upgraded, so i'm not sure anyone can relate, unless the new version has the same filters.

Ok, well, most of the conversion was done using a noise filter called "Edge Preserving Smooth," but when cranked up, the result is similar to a vector. I applied it twice at the max, 30, setting. The rest is hand done, smoothing and evening out, as well as repainting some portions where detail was lost in the conversion.
