I love this!! Terrific effect with the lensbaby! Really brings out those beautiful puppy dog eyes! #3597933

Autum Rhoades November 17, 2006

Andrew - great work on this! Love the lensbaby effect - I'm going to have to try one of those. I really appreciate the intensity of his stare - it's almost as if he's saying "Another picture and I don't know what I'm going to do...!!!" #3597971

Thanks, Denise & Autum! #3598318

I think this is great...love his expression, and the lensbaby work is super. I'd really like to get one of those...do you like working with it? Puck is adorable, and it's a great portrait. #3598557

Jagadeesh Andrew Owens November 17, 2006

Thanks, Teresa! I love the Lensbaby, everybody should have one! #3598634

Toby Smith November 17, 2006

Very nice puppy portrait, I like the effect the lens baby gives this image and the look on the dogs face is priceless. My only nit (and it’s a small one) is the white area in the right eye is a bit of a distraction. I believe the lens baby affects can be over done and often times is, but I think it works great here, well done. Toby #3598665

Many thanks, Toby! I'll burn that highlight in and see how I like it. #3598683

Beautiful portrait, Sipho! #3599329

Margie Hurwich November 17, 2006

Wonderful shot of Puck...but why no sweat suit?? If you do burn the right eye, maybe do it at only about 30%...you need some catch light. Your use of the lensbaby is great on this shot. I see winner potential! Give Puck a big ole smooch from me! #3599816

Jagadeesh Andrew Owens November 18, 2006

Thank you Barbara - and Margie - I will! By the way - the sweat suit is to keep his little butt warm - not for looks!! (His Burberry plaid is for looks...:>) #3601115

How I love this photo. I wish I had something similar of my dog, Stella (but it ain't gonna happen now because she's dead). It's really a great portrait. PS... what's a lensbaby? #3815948
