Pose ... my foot ... that was a very lucky grab shot ... LOL and I didn't really know what I had till after the shot ...

This is my youngest grandson ... and the girl was one of my high school classmates grandaughter ....

anyhow, thanks so much for the wonderful comment ... I absolutely ove this shot ...

just for the sake of conversation ... I hadn't seen this classmate since 1963 until last month ... we used to be inseparable ...

Steve, I don't know how you do it. You have captured a movie in a single shot. This is a wonderful picture. It makes you happy just to look at it. I've been looking at your new entrys (which are great as usual) and keep coming back to this pic. When I come across a scene like this, my cameras are usually locked in the trunk of my wife's car and she's a 100 miles away, lol. Keep shooting!

good morning, Martin ... and thanks for your wonderful comments... I got a chuckle just reading what you had to say ... LOL ... this boy is Alex, my youngest grandson ... the girl is Rachel ... she is the youngest grandaughter of a friend I hadn't seen in about 40 years (40 years ago, this guy (Harry) and I were inseparable - then he quit school and went his own way.. this past year, his wife hunted me down (Unbeknowns to Harry ... and invited Gloria and I over for dinner on Harry's BD ... we took Alex with us and had a fabulous day of getting to know one another again. during the course of the day , Alex and Rachel got on like they had known each other forever ... and I followed them around quite a bit in the hopes of getting a nice shot of the two of them .... and lo and behold .. I got the grab shot of a life time ... LOL

Thank you, Susie ... this is one of my grandsons, ans she is the grandaughter of my best friend from Jr High school we were class mates back around 1962-63 and never saw each other until this last year ... back then, we were inseparable ... Have I boored you? LOL

This little lady is the grandaughter of a guy whom was my best friend through out the first 8 grades of school .... then he quit school, and we lost contact with each other for approx 40 years, up until the fall of 2006 ... we aren't going to lose contact again ... #3968311
