Byron Bay Lighthouse in B&W

Uploaded: February 08, 2004

Description

Some images look better in B&W rather than colour. I liked the way the wind was blowing the streaky looking clouds directly away from the lighthouse. It was taken right on dusk and underexposed. Used a Tamron 24-135mm lens set at 24mm using Fuji Sensia 100 film set the camera at 30 sec at f16

Hi Adam

Why does this picture make me think of Hitchcock?

It has this spooky atmosphere;-))

Well done!

Many regards

It's funny how in colour this slide looked nothing compelling but I could see it had great lines and feel to it. Change it B&W with a bit of contrast and "HEY PRESTO!"
I guess you can get lucky with some of your shots sometimes.
Thankyou all for your kind words!
Cheers Adam #375544
