I had to arrive shortly after sunrise, to avoid the multitude of visitors that stop at the viaduct during the autumn foliage season.

Thank you, Randy, Les and Paul. Les: I also thought that I must have hit just the right day to catch the color. However, later in the day, I was talking to another photographer, who told me that the foliage was much better, two days earlier. I couldn't imagine it having been any nicer. #3484318
