I did quite a bit of editing on this, removing a power line, car, telephone pole and the roof of a house!

Hello!
I'd like some comments and critiques on this photo, please.
I did a *lot* of editing, removing unwanted elements. The original photo had a telephone pole, several wires, a roof of a house, and a car in it. This took me a lot of time, so I want to know... Was it worth it? Can I further improve it?
Thanks!

I think your editing turned out well, I'd never have guessed there was all that extra stuff in this shot!
Nice job seeing a possaibility and going for a "photo moment".
The only thing I might suggest is that the buliding is a tad dark. You probably metered for the sky, and now the details/building are a little dark.
But that is just an opinion. #3498070

i agree that you did a wonderful job editing, there is absolutly no evidence of there having been anything there but the beautiful building. good eye to see beyond all the distruction.

i agree, however, that the building itself is a tad dark and the foreground (i cannot really tell, road and rocks?)is almost black and undistiguishable to me.

great work! #3498111

sorry ... that was supposed to say "distraction." #3498121

My eye wants to see the church brighter. If it were so dark you couldn't make out the church's details, that would be a great shot as a silhouette. As is, you've left us enough detail in the church to make us want to see more! Try selecting the church and doing some Levels adjustments to bring up the light. #3498166

Good editing job, can't even tell that you removed anything. I agree with the others that the church needs to be lightend up. #3498627

Thanks, everyone! =)
Yes, I did meter for the sky and not the building... This was taken through a car window, while the car was driving past. If I'd had a chance, I'd definitely have taken another one, metered for the church, and edited them together. =)
I think it's a road, with rocks on the side.
I'm going to try editing it and playing with the Levels to see if I can get it any brighter.
Thanks for your comments! =D #3603704
