Hi Carolyn, Just checked out your gallery. I am happy that you finally put the self portrait in it. It adds a personal touch.... This is the famous picture that I saw on the other site. I love the clouds, reflections and graduated color. Nice work!! #5808Carolyn M. Fletcher June 01, 2002
Thanks, Donna. It had been on once before, but had a tree stump in the water and it was bothering everyone, so I took it out. Looks better. This is the one I use for my wallpaper on the computer. I love it. #8346Donna R. Moratelli June 01, 2002
Hi carolyn, I don't recall seeing a stump in the picture before... Every little teeny-weeny little thing seems to bother the critics on the other site. Was it that obvious?.. I think that if it was that much of a distraction you would have noticed it when you composed the picture and moved over or around it to avoid it.right?..WHERE was the stump? I can't tell. I really love this picture too B.T.W. #8347Carolyn M. Fletcher June 02, 2002
It was in the lower left side. If you want to see it, look at all my stuff on the other site and you will see the first one. Glad you can't tell where it was, that shows I'm getting better at getting rid of stuff. The original is also on this site, but waaaaaay back..It was noticible, but not that much of a distractin to me..Yeah, they are reeeeeally picky over there. Not for Delores, tho..LOVE her..Of course she's better, so I guess it's justified. Haha.. #8358Trine Sirnes July 08, 2002

Thanks, Trine! This was a lucky shot, taken Christmas night,2001. I had just got home from Oklahoma City and had shot this sunset several times on the way home and when I got home, this was waiting in the back yard. It's my favorite sunset, I think.. #9587Jeff Galbraith July 08, 2002
Hi CarolynCarolyn M. Fletcher July 08, 2002
You have to enlarge it to see the stump. It's just barely sticking out of the water..had several complaints about it, so tried a whole bunch of times to get rid of it, and finally succeeded. #9589Jeff Galbraith July 08, 2002
