Hello Pat, it's a beautiful picture of the people, but it seems grainy or noisy. Was the ISO set properly? also, the sky is pretty washed out. As far as getting all of the kids to cooperate, very good job! Jess #3228660

Hi Pat. I like the composition with the stair case of children creating a half moon around the bride. However, the bride would look slimmer if her body were turned slightly toward the camera and her arms were away from her body.

I found that when a person stands side ways (in profile) to the camera, then brings the foot closest to the camera in front of her like in a modified 3rd position (in ballet) and puts her weight on the back leg, about 20 pounds can be removed instantly from her body.

Even slim people can benefit from this pose. The bride needs to turn about 6 inches to her right for this to take place. Try it. It's amazing!!

Also, never place two heavy set or pregnant people in profile, unless you are trying to make them both look heavier set. However, if they are placed in the position described earlier, they can stand next to each other and flatter each other.

I agree about the sky, It is washed out. In the future you might want to try to eliminate when taking the shot. Since you cannnot re-shoot it, you could try replacing the sky.Either way I am sure that the bride is very pleased with this shot. #3318651

One thing not yet mentioned, your horizon appears to be tilted. The opposite beach is slightly tilted to the right. The boats masts are leaning too, but that may be because of other reasons. #3319311

Beautiful bride and such cute kids. I agree about the sky for future shots and as Dennis pointed out, the horizon is tilted. Bunny sounds like she really knows her stuff about posing people. And I really need to stand like that right now if it will instantly remove 20 lbs from my body...sounds better than giving up chocolate! :D #3337564
