For this I used several PS filters. Starting with grayscale, Level (to tweek the contrast), then the ink outline filter with the resolution reduced to increase the effect. Then I added a gray layer, erased the center and ran that through the ink outline filter. I used the layer properties to set the blending to color dodge. Here is the original. #84933Susan T.
