Rommel a German Shepherd Puppy at 7 weeks 5 days old and his first day away from his brothers and sisters at his new home. Shot from a prone position on the grass from about 9 inches height. Late afternoon sun. F4.5, 1/500 sec., 105mm., ISO 200.

Revonda, thanks for the comment. This was taken last week when he was calm. This week it will be a bit more of a challenge to photograph him. He does have a great expression in the photo. This was his first day in his new home and I think he was just trying to take it all in. It was also his first day without his 4 brothers and 4 sisters. #3112820William S. Briggs August 01, 2006
