This wild, unrestrained fox was roaming around the Missouri Botanical Gardens, in the heart of St. Louis, one morning. Open shade, 100-400mm IS lens at 235mm, ISO 400, 1/80 at f/5.6, handheld.

Thanks! At the time I was trembling so much with excitement I didn't expect any to be sharp, but IS to the rescue! This fox was way too comfortable with my presence for its own good; it approached me to about the closest focus of my lens (6 feet). I have several shots that look almost posed. This one's my favorite, because of the eyes. #3081152
