what do u think about this? how can I improve it for next time? #490135Carol Teal July 24, 2006
Connie, I like that you don't have the horizon in the middle and that you were able to catch a bird flying through to give the photo more interest. I am not sure though about the color. It almost looks like sepia. If it isn't, maybe you could use some software to work on the colors. Also, what time of day did you take this? At first, I thought you were capturing the sun as it began to set. I took some photos one day when the sun was still too bright (plus I didn't have a circular polarizer then) and my colors were strange; the sky looked sort of pea green. #3070083Connie Chung July 26, 2006
thanks for the advice. yeah I do agree that I dont like the colors that much. but I didnt make it sepia.i think I took it around 7-8pm so yeah it was just around the time when the sun started to set. I was on an evening cruise on boat in North Carolina so as usual, I was just snapping away.
yeah maybe when I get the chance I will mess around with it in photoshop and see what I get.
thanks again for the advice
