Mike, I like the shadows on the flower and the very dark background. Looks good to me, but I am not a good one with flowers! #3060915

I think you are doing well Mike. I liked your triplets alot too! Flowers are not easy though, and I am never sure whether they are too soft or too sharp! I don't have a macro lens either, so that kind of leaves me out of the flower taking business. #3061218

Thanks Carol, I don't have a macro lenes either. Some of the shots where taken in the macro mode of my 70-300 lens and others were taken with my 50mm 2.8 lens. This lens is a great value at less than $70. #3061966
