Description

Got up early this morning to hunt for flowers.....just as the first sun ray were on horizon i spoted a beautiful rose that just started to open up....it was beautiful and was pure with drops of dew here and there....i truly cant stand people who cut roses and bring them home for joyment just so they die in 3 days....i was lookimg at this beauty, thinking it wont survive long....before someone destroyed it, i took this capture that i can treasure for ever...It wont smell nice but will look beautiful for ever and ever..............THIS PHOTO IS NOT DIGITALY ENHANCED
F4.5 aperture, 1/500 shutter, Nikon 200 macro lens, location in the park ,Flash was used.

OH MY GOSH BIANCA! This is gorgeous! You've captured the textures, the softness, the shine in the drops of water - you've captured it all! And the blurred background is just right! In my opinion, this is a perfect picture! Judy

PS - and I know how you feel about capturing a beautiful object - preserving its beauty forever - when I see something beautiful I want to "make it mine" to treasure for a long, long time :o) keep it up!
