Hello Nandu,
Thank You. A lot of Photoshop work. Original a photo in Grand Bijgaarden in Belgium during the daytime. Solarized with PSE 4., then solarized again with NIK filter to get the night time look. Photo of Saturn from NASA public gallery and flood filter added. Saved image, then Corel Painter 9 special effects lightning. Thank You for looking!
