I need a critique on this picture,

it's my intention to start a serie on people at night, their habits, expressions on their face etc.
So this is kind of the picture that was the trigger for me, it's taken in Vienna and I wondered how I could improve... I wanted to have the colors as real as possible and it's really how it looked.

Advice greatly appreciated! #462013

I think your idea is interesting, but I think I would want to get a little closer to the subject by moving closer or having a better zoom lens. Here it doesn't seem to allow me to really see the subject, her expression as you said, or even her clothes. There just isn't alot of detail, so I don't feel it portrays what you want it to. Just my humble opinion, and I am no expert! #2878177

I would agree that the idea is interesting.
This is a unique shot, but if you were looking for expressions, etc on faces this is too far away. However like you said, this is the start of a series, this is a very cool start.
I might sharpen the image a tinny bit, but other than that, I think it is very nice. I can't wait to see how the other pics come out. #2878649

I really like the lines on this shot from the shadows, streetlamp etc. maybe you could try cropping it just above the triangle on the bottom right to make it more balanced, just a thought - great shot! #2885924
