Very nice. Too many photographers would have shot a wider shot missing the details in the car. Wood siding frames it nicely. Looks like it was just driven into the bldg.; hit the back wall knocking off siding and sat there for years. No damage to the car that I can see, so probably wasn't all that dramatic after all. Interesting how photography brings all these thougths. A good photo, Piper. #4295

I have been viewing your website, and I want you to know that you do a wonderful job in photography. This car (Blue Dodge) is a car that my father had many years ago. He was here a few hours ago while I was viewing your website, and he noticed the car, and told me that was the kind of car he owned when I was a baby. However, he did say that he wasn?t sure if the car was a 1952 or a 1962. I told him I didn?t know either, but anyhow it was nice to see how you captured this car asleep and waiting for someone to pick it up so it can feel the road under its wheels again. Good Job! #7544

Hi folks,

It is neither a '52 nor '62, but '52 is closer. A '52 is viewable at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1824642062

I'll keep trying to find the actual year, 1949 + or - is my guess. #7562

This would be a good subject to try doing an HDR shot using 3 or 4 different exposures. #7002573
