Bee on A flower

Description

Shot this Bee while setting up to take a macro shot of the flower. He just landed right down on it :)

I have some closer up ones of him, this is one of the first shots I took because I was afraid I'd scare him off. I think I like the look of this one better than the closer up ones, the bee is in sharper focus and in a better position.
The contrast with the background occured naturally, everything was prety dull besides the brightly coloured flower, I desaturated the rest of the image except the bee and flower, but it really wasn't much of a change.

I used an aperature of 7.1 Shutter speed 1/800, with my Tamron 90mm DI 2.8 Macro lens.
Taken around 2pm at a nature reserve place called Kortright center, in Toronto.

Too much info for a simple bee on a flower photo :)
