I really like the image and what you are doing with it - masking the horse and rider and applying filters to the background. However, in my opinion the background is still too prominent, too colorful. Even tho the masking was done to highlight the main subject, the main subject still tends to blend in to, and in some areas be overwhelmed by the background. For example, the horse's head , the top of the head in the mane area, etc. is distracted by the background, the red cloth, etc. You can see this by looking at the thumbnail above as opposed to the enlarged image. In the thumbnail, the subject almost blends in to the background. You might consider continuing on the current track, but doing something to further de-emphasize the background such as reducing color, darkening, lightening, blurring, whatever... It's one of those things that you may want to play with a little.Regards,
