Red Hot Summer

Uploaded: March 09, 2006

Description

August, 2005, Appropriately titled after the blistering summer we had nationwide, I wanted to share these red , hot beauties from our garden with everyone. These are Thai Chili Peppers and are from one of the largest pepper plants I have ever seen! The bush stood 4-4.5 feet in height and at least 3 feet across. It was just loaded with this hot beauties!

Thai Chili Peppers are among the hottest and most potent of chilis. You would need a lot of milk and bread after a bite of one of these but boy do they spice up a good bowl of chili nicely. Enjoy the visuals! Chili is on!!

Taken with a Sony Cybershot F828 SLR digital. Slight cosmetic adjustments and decorative effects added in PhotoShop 7.0.

Very nice. There seems to be a very slight bluish cast that creates a cooling effect. Kind of a cool picture of a hot pepper! Nice combination. #2655609
