Description

November, 2005, Well, you certainly must know why I named this shot, "Midnight Blue." I took this very early one Saturday morning during Fall, just before the sun started cresting....barely lit, I found deep, rich, clear blue sky of midnight...although in actuality, a new day was approaching and held promises...we all must make the most of our remaining days and enjoy the beautiful sights in nature we are given. I found the verse I picked for this image particularly thought evoking!!

Very inspirational shot.

Just a little dark for my idea of a day beginning. The darkness reminds me more of twilight once the sun has set.

Also, I'd perhaps consider changing the font to a smaller one or eliminating "American Poet" as it's starting to cut into the tree's space #2556758

This is beautiful though it makes he think of the end of the day rather than the beginning. The poem really is distracting - your eye goes to the words rather than the picture. Perhaps if you moved the words into the bottom of the picture and used something other than a stark white font it would show off your lovely photo better. Also make the font for American Poet smaller than the rest of the poem. This has a mysterious quality to it, I really like it! #2557989
