The first image below is the original on Velvia -- it was a grab shot, and the camera settings were obviiously all wrong. The second image is the best I could do in PS because the colours became more and more dreadful on the buildings. Finally, the main image is a B&W using the Channel Mixer and many different screening layers. #396899
