Zooming in on Parliament

Uploaded: February 03, 2006

Description

The central block of the Canadian Parliament with the dominant Peace Tower in the middle. The Eternal Flame is burning in the foreground. The light streaks are the lights that normally light up parliament hill. Taken on a clear, cold night in Ottawa. ISO200, 2.0 sec exposure, f/4.5 and zoomed from 18 to 70 mm during exposure. This is one of several shots I tried this technique on and although I would have liked to see more of the Peace Tower zooming, I still like the overall effect.

Exif: FNumber: 4.5, ExposureBiasValue: 1/1, ExposureTime: 2, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 200, WhiteBalance:
