Angie, Nicely done. I love the lighting. What did you use to achieve this effect? Truely a beautiful picture.

Thank you for your lovely comments. This effect was achieved by posing my tulip in front of a black velvet backdrop, using just natural window light and also adjusting my camera down a few stops. My Olympus was mounted on a tripod and the photograph was taken with the remote shutter release. #6809
