I'm trying to figure out how to control my apertureHow did you get all the info about the specs to the above pic? #430268

Dear Harold,Unfortunately, you can't control the aperture and shutter speed on this little Canon (or so I think). You can, however, find out the information in Canon's Zoombrowser by clicking on the image. Then go to the View menu and down to "show shooting information."
In Adobe, go to the Window menu, then down to Properties. Click on Metadata and you will see all the information. #2664765

Judi J.Thanks for the info. I'm trying to do an aperture assignment and it's very frustrating to illustrate
differences in depth of field.
Basically, I'm doing things in macro mode and then
in normal mode. The camera wants everything to
be sharp and in focus.
By the way, I love your shots. Especially the boats in the fog. You've got great composition and mastery in your camera modes. I'm inspired to do the same
with my little ol' PowerShot.
