Description

Captured this moment late in the day 4/8/22 under the bustling 405 freeway in a gritty part of West Los Angeles. It was Friday and the power went out where I was staying so I hopped in the car and cruised around looking for photos. I was at a red light steps from the intersection at West Pico and Sawtelle when I looked to my left and saw her, gorgeous and vivacious, just my type, and I snapped the moment as she stood in a field of dirt and weeds and checked her makeup. She snapped the pancake case shut, slipped it in her backpack, and began walking up and down the street. I still had another hour or two to kill and parked the car and walked across the street to Big Tomy's and ordered a bacon cheeseburger.
