Alejandro, I enjoy viewing your portraiture, the portraits are excellent in all respects, but at least on my screens the exposure is dark, subdued, and muted. Is this the effect/style that you aim for? I would very much enjoy viewing a version that is brighter. Cheers, Dan #11997379

Thank you guys. Dear Daniel, I'm always experimenting; and yes, darkness is part of the intention on some portraits. My monitor is calibrated with "Datacolor SpyderX Pro", and I trust it in regard to the amount of light each portrait has. Then it depends on how each monitor or device is calibrated by other people; and of course the personal taste of each person. Thank you. #11997496

Thanks for your response. I have calibrated my monitor but it has been quite some time ago. One more thing to do! I very much admire your B&W portraiture and look forward to future postings. Dan #11997525

PS: Kindly do me a favor... would you view a couple of my recently posted images on BP and comment on the exposure. When I upload them to BP and view the results the images often look a bit darker than I'd like, (compared to when viewed on my monitor). Thanks, Dan #11997526

Sent you a message thru your gallery. No exposure problems at all. But get a monitor calibrator so you can be more confident on the light you see in your monitor. Greetings! Alex. #11997542
