An insect (appears to be an insect)eating the center of a sunflower. Haven't seen an insect like this before. Has anyone seen one like it?

Great macro, Patrick! Beautiful dark tones, amazing details and a mysterious silvery creature in the middle. What is it?! I have no answer. #11994279Martha R. Mazon August 31, 2022
Very cool, Paddy! Is it an insect, or maybe a small alien? :) Fantastic tones, clarity, pattern and framing. So well seen and presented! #11994294Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
