Big Steps for Little Feet

I knew when I took this photo that I wanted the finished piece to be 1) absolutely clean and all about the colors and shapes; and 2) perfectly symmetrical. I did the best I could to center the camera and get the angle right when I shot, but it was still a bit off, and of course these oft used steps were scuffed and dirty. I decided to halve my processing work by editing only one side of the image. Then I copied, flipped, pasted, and moved that side over to complete the design.
