Awesome photo...the detail and the contrast between the models is just beautiful...What settings did you use and how did you do this... I would really like to try this out on a portrait photo of my daughter... I'd appreciate any input you could share ...Thanks....Congrats on POTD! Very well deserved....Tessa #2264285Scott Pedersen January 08, 2006
I like it. Like the contrast. #2264295Dean Bertoncelj January 08, 2006
to Theresa V. : Tnx...I did this from basicly normal picture, normaly exposed maybe with litle harder direct light ( no softbox ) but basicly this could be done from any portrait. Try to play with brightness / contrast ; selective color option ( every color adjust separatly ) ; shadows / highlight option...I did some things simultanesly in small steps . ading contrast ,completly desaturate yellow ( basicly every color except red ), pushed white more to white and black more to black in selective colors...I clone out whats left of colors in white areas...When I do something like this I'm going in small steps little by little till I get what I want. This things I describe don't effect every picture in same way. You need to experiment and play...hope I help a little... #2264347Laura Clay-Ballard January 08, 2006
