Description

Speedy is a gopher tortoise who met me at our cul de sac one day. These wonderful and important animals are endangered and need care and protection. When you've got a panning theme to deal with and nothing truly fast to work with, you can create the effect by selectively using a motion blur. For the PG101 panning theme. I'm laughing! You have these just wandering in your cul de sac? How fun! And a great idea with the motion blur. #11905949
