i dont get points for creativity on this one, but it was for a baby gift and my neighbor is a huge anne geddes fan. I had her husband come over with their 5 day old baby when he was dropping off his older daughter for a play date. I cant wait to give her the final product. I also shot some other photos that I love which have my own finger print on them. #50434

Really nice, love the lighting. Is it backlit also? #158365

Peggy Wolff August 06, 2003

thank you amelia, evy and amy. no, it was not back lit. I just used one very large soft box on the side of them. I wanted to make sure that her tips were luminated and her father was dark. deffenetly not a good light you want to use if they are faced you because it makes people look like monsters. lol #158648

Margaret- wow! This is stunning- the lighting and contrast is wonderful. I'm sure to find one of these shots in the finals for this month! You've given me a great idea for something I'd like to try--Thanks -G #167751

Rather than a cliché, this is becoming a classic. A wonderful gift for a friend. I wish this classic existed when I had my babies and someone would have done this for me! Your title is superb and fits so well. #194765

Thank you Louison! I would have loved to have a nice pregnancy shot done too! Unfortunatly, when you are a photographer, it is hard to pay someone else. At least my kids have lots of great photos of them. Thank you for your compliments! I added the Lords Blessing to this (May the Lord Bless you and keep you...) and am sending them out to the new moms at our church with my name and number on it. I am also talking to pediatricians and OB's about having them in the office. #194797
