Description

Selected Hot Rod copied and pasted into new background. Used distort transform tool to start transforming and lifting the car into the air to create cartooned effect. Then used liquify tool to bloat tire and further transform sharp of car. Used flood filter to add water and reflection of car Then added layers to paint in sprays of water and flames. Transformed all of it into a 3D layer and painted on targeted textures of shininess and reflectivity to add shine to car.
